Account Deletion

While we are sad to see you go, if you would like to delete your account, you can do so in the following ways:

The first way is via logging into your Kyndr account via the Kyndr App.

  1. If you don't already have the Kyndr app downloaded, you can download by searching Kyndr in the Google Play Store or App Store

  2. Login to your Kyndr account using your Kyndr username / email and password that you used for account creation

  3. Then navigate to your profile

  4. Next, click the navigation menu (gray icon in the upper right corner with 3 horizontal lines that can be found after navigating to your profile)

  5. Navigate to Account Settings

  6. Press Delete My Account

  7. Select a reason for deleting

  8. Press the Delete My Account Button

  9. Next you should see a window asking you to confirm your account deletion, press yes if you would like to proceed

  10. Now a code should be sent to the email you created the account with

  11. Enter the code and press Delete Account

  12. Logout and your account will have been deleted

The other way to delete your account is by contacting Kyndr support and requesting your account to be deleted. To do this you can either request via the application, or reach out directly to support@infiniscape-inc.com. If you reach out directly to our support email, please be sure to include the username/email that you created an account with. To request via the app:

  1. Login to your Kyndr account

  2. Navigate to your profile

  3. Next, click the navigation menu (gray icon in the upper right corner with 3 horizontal lines that can be found after navigating to your profile)

  4. Navigate to Help Center

  5. Press Contact Us

  6. Write your account deletion request in the message box and please be sure to Include the email/username that you created your account with in your account deletion request

When a user deletes their account: we delete their data, including login information and history, community and news feed posts, comments, uploaded images, reactions, sub-communities, notifications, and membership of any community. For users that are part of our "influencer" / “creator” tier, any community they have created will not be automatically deleted, but instead assigned to one of our Kyndr admins, who will then decide what action to take, including deleting the community or assigning it to another user. If you wish for your community to be deleted, you should either delete it yourself before deleting your account, or let us know at support@infiniscape-inc.com.

When any user deletes their account, they will also be deleted from the Followers or Following lists of any other user, and notifications of their activity seen by other users will be removed. In order to monitor and enhance our services, we will keep some anonymized, aggregated user activity data. These data are stripped of any personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to the original user. For auditing and compliance reasons, we will retain any direct emails sent to our staff and any information pertaining to potential violations of our terms of service or illegal activity by the user, which may include copies of the offending material.
